The law firm of Carroll & McDonald is owned and operated by attorneys Douglas J. Carroll, Jr. and Shannon McDonald, with support provided by a staff of professional assistants. Mr. Carroll and Mr. McDonald opened their private practice in 2007, after practicing employment law with other area law firms.
